The EWTF allows for 100 percent coverage for one routine mammogram for women age 35 or older with no deductible. If your doctor requests a diagnostic mammogram, a more detailed x-ray, you may be responsible for some out-of-pocket cost. Visiting an in-network provider will reduce any out-of-pocket expense you could incur. Be certain to inquire with your provider about any cost you may be responsible for should you need a diagnostic mammogram.
