OneNet (formerly Alliance PPO LLC) is the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) that has a network of participating doctors, laboratories, hospital, radiologists, and other medical and dental providers who have agreed to accept negotiated rates for various medical and dental procedures as well as rates for facility charges. The provider's agreement is with OneNet PPO. EWTF's agreement with OneNet is that EWTF will pay any participating provider's claims within 30 days of receipt.
Business Health Services is your Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) and is available to assist you and your covered dependents 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Caremark is the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) that administers with EWTF your prescription card benefits for you and your eligible dependents at local retail pharmacies and through the mail order program. This change is effective December 1, 2006.
Vision Service Plan provides eye care at a reasonable cost to both the Fund and the participant. Contact VSP to locate a participating ophthalmologist or other eye care professional in your area.
