Retiree Premium
Effective with the coverage month of January, 2009 premiums for Retired Participants of Electrical Welfare Trust Fund (EWTF) will increase to the following rates:

| Age 55 and Under | $200.29 |
| Age 56 | $200.29 |
| Age 57 | $200.29 |
| Age 58 | $200.29 |
| Age 59 | $200.29 |
| Age 60 - 64 | $145.16 |
* A cap of $400.58 per month per family is in effect for non-Medicare retirees and surviving spouses.

| Age 65 and Older | $73.50 |
+ This amount includes coverage for dental and vision benefits.
If you are retired and you send your retiree premium to the EWTF on a quarterly basis, your bill for the first quarter of 2009 (which will be mailed to you in November 2008) will reflect your new premium amount. If your premium is automatically deducted from your monthly pension check, you will see your new premium deduction with your December 2008 check.
