No Dental Deductible

Effective with dental services incurred on or after January 1, 2007 charges are no longer applied to an annual deductible.

Annual Maximum

The 2007 calendar year maximum is raised to $2000 per individual. Prior to January 1, 2007 the annual maximum was $1500.

Major (Restorative) Services

Participants and their covered family members that visit a participating dentist in the OneNet PPO network will enjoy a higher percentage paid on major services. Effective January 1, 2007 network providers are paid at 80% of the allowed amount. Non-participating dental providers will continue to be paid at 50% of the allowed amount.
