Employees who have retired from the trade and have met the 10 consecutive year rule to have medical and prescription card coverage with EWTF.
Employees in a job category that is not subject to a collective bargaining agreement working for an employer who has a collective bargaining unit agreement with Local No. 26 IBEW plus a special written participation agreement with the Board of Trustees for Active Non-Bargaining Unit Employees.
A covered spouse and your dependent children eligible at the time of your death.
